Australian Scrapbooking Ideas .... Crafting with Kraft

I was lucky enough to be asked to write an article on some different ways to use...KRAFT! ;-)
It is in the current (and unfortunately last) issue of
Australian Scrapbooking Ideas Issue 32

Here are the layouts I created.

The background has a bit of story.. I help Kim create her wedding invitations and I used the kraft strips that were leftover, using them to weave a background. I think I may have to use this technique again :-)
Kraft .. perfect for grungy boy layouts.

and perfect for brights too.. (and making bows)

Loved working with Sue from ASI.. and will miss the magazine too, especially the little step by steps.

  1. Oh that is a bit sad that the mag has stopped being published.. It was really good! However your layouts are wonderful! Each one is lovely! Well done on being published!

  2. Wonderful layouts. When I see more than one layout in a post I have the compulsion to choose a favourite ( no idea why) However in this case it was no contest...the fist one just stands out . Love the kraft weave , the photo is beautiful and the flowers in the corner and on the photo just blend in so well.

  5. What a shame the magazine has stopped publishing. But lovely you got to be published with these three stand out pages. I love them all and am especially drawn to the middle one; maybe because I'm surrounded by men and boys :D
